I roast all my coffees specifically for filter brewing, aiming to highlight the unique flavours and characteristics of each bean. While you can still use the coffee for espresso, the flavour profile may not be fully optimized for that method.
I recommend waiting at least 14 days after the roast date before enjoying the coffee to allow proper degassing and flavour development. For the best experience, consume the coffee within 3 months of the roast date. While it remains safe to drink after this period, the flavours will have noticeably faded.
For filter brewing, I recommend starting with a 1:16 ratio—1 gram of coffee for every 16 grams of water. Adjust to your taste preferences by experimenting with grind size, water temperature, and brew time. If you need more specific guidance, feel free to contact me for tips!
Currently, I only ship within the European Union. If you're outside the EU and interested in my coffee, feel free to reach out, and I can explore possible options for the future.
I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after roasting. Since all coffees are roasted to order, please allow a few days for roasting and preparation before shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you have any questions about your delivery, feel free to contact me.
As coffee is a perishable food product, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened. I take great care to ensure the quality of each coffee, but if there is an issue with your order, please feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to assist you.
