Who's Gab?

Hi, I’m Gabriel, but most people just call me Gab. My journey into the world of coffee started out of curiosity and quickly turned into a deep passion for the craft and science behind every cup. Over the past decade, I’ve developed my skills in specialty coffee—from brewing and barista work to sourcing and roasting.

I’ve had the privilege of working in vibrant coffee communities, first in London and later in Geneva. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in creating unique roasting profiles, managing coffee programs, and training others to share the same passion for quality. My focus has always been on showcasing the natural beauty of each coffee bean while maintaining sustainability and respect for the origins.

When I’m not roasting coffee, you’ll likely find me playing with my cats, diving into a good science fiction novel, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. These little moments fuel my creativity and keep me inspired in everything I do.
